Dual retriggerable monostable multivibrator with reset

All typical values are measured at Tamb = 25 C and nominal supply values (VCC = 3.3 V and 5.0 V).

tpd is the same as tPLH and tPHL; CEXT = 0 pF; REXT =5 k.
