Single-pole single-throw analog switch
10.2 ON resistance

At supply voltages approaching 2 V, the ON resistance becomes extremely non-linear. Therefore it is recommended that these devices
be used to transmit digital signals only, when using this supply voltage.

Typical values are measured at Tamb =25 °C.
